Boston City Council President Michael F. Flaherty is currently
accepting resumes from college juniors and seniors who would like to
intern in his office on a part time or full time basis for the next 6
months.

Although the position is unpaid, those interested in perusing a career
in politics would find the experience invaluable and, upon successful
completion, would have the opportunity to receive a written
recommendation to help them gain employment when they graduate.
Duties may include, but not be limited to:

Answering phones,
Compiling press clips,
Greeting visitors,
Legislative Research,
Opening mail,
Stuffing envelopes,
Writing correspondence,
