One of the most important senate races this year is taking place right in our backyard (well....neighbor's backyard) and features someone near and dear to our Harvard hearts, former IOP Director Jeanne Shaheen. Governor Shaheen is a great person, a fantastic governor, and one of the greatest hopes for a Democratic pickup in 2008. Her opponent, John Sununu, is none of those things.
