Rest In Peace Mr. Kam Kuwata

Mr. Kam Kuwata was one of the nation’s, and California’s, finest political minds. He helped in varying degrees on a number of campaign and was known for his kindness and charm. Tonight, I ask that you take a moment of silence for Mr. Kuwata and for all those who have devoted their lives to the betterment of American democracy.
