The Twitter Czar (a la Obama, of course) will be responsible for:

1. Twittering random newsy or funny things at least twice a day, such as new funny videos or bits of news,
2. Updating with updates re: things we’re doing for the healthcare campaign (though Elise will be helping with this);
3. Retweeting things from allied groups / HCD members / etc,
4. Stalking/adding Dems members as desired.
