HR 3200, district by district

Posted 9/05/09 by Eva Lam

If the House passes health care reform, here’s what could happen in my congressional district (WI-4):

up to 12,300 small businesses could receive tax credits to provide coverage to their employees; 6,200 seniors would avoid the donut hole in Medicare Part D; 2,080 families could escape bankruptcy each year due to unaffordable health care costs; health care providers would receive payment for $107 million in uncompensated care each year; and 92,000 uninsured individuals would gain access to high-quality, affordable health insurance.

Check your district (from the House Committee on Energy and Commerce) here.

  1. Phil Weaver says:

This is no more than a yet another liberal attempt to provide hand outs that break the backs of the American taxpayers. Wise up.

  2. Bri says:

If federal health care is so good, why not just expand medicare and vet care to all needy Americans? This is more than just about health care.
