First Annual Spring Scavenger Hunt!

Kick off Reading Period in style! Join your friends for a Boston-wide scavenger hunt on Saturday, May 2nd – the day after classes end.

Here are the basics:

  • Teams of up to five students will be given a list of objects to find/tasks to complete
  • Lists will be releases at 10am on Saturday morning.
  • Teams are due back at 10pm on Saturday night
  • The team that finds the most objects/completes the most tasks will be awarded the GRAND PRIZE (to be announced closer to the event)

Registration is $10 per team, due by sign-in on May 2nd.

The clue list has been finalized, and we definitely have some great stuff for you all to find/do.  Here’s what you need to know (make sure that your teammates are aware of this information!):

1) Sign in May 2, 2009 will be between 10am and 11:30 am in Quincy House JCR. Come to pick up your clue list and pay your team’s $10 registration fee.

2) The Hunt will end at 10pm on May 2, 2009.  Judges will be present starting at 8pm in Quincy JCR to tally up your score.  Winners will be announced as soon after 10pm as possible (most likely by email).

3) The most important thing that you will need (besides your competitive spirit) is a digital camera.  Many of the tasks require documentation that you completed them, so please, please, please don’t forget to bring your camera.

4) You are in no way obligated to compete for the full 12 hours.  You can complete as much (or as little) of the hunt as you would like.  Just know that your honor is on the line
